Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within one to three business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Method
Orders are shipped using reputable third-party carriers selected at checkout. Shipping times shown during checkout are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Delivery Responsibility
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer. If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within forty eight hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
 
Returns and Warranty Policy
Warranty Based Returns Only
Hydrate at Home accepts returns only for products that are confirmed to be defective or malfunctioning and covered under the applicable manufacturer warranty.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind
